Absolutely superb service and very professional. Unfortunately I was sorting the quote for my 87 year old Mother who changed her mind. This was super embarrassing and I felt awful. My son had a very old garage door and the cables snapped. Could not afford a new one with building work going on . Rang Terry, sent him some images, quickly replied back- saying no problem! Came out next morning, made some cables and fitted. Works better than ever it did. Fantastic job. Many years back I put quite a lot of Christmas presents in the garage, went to get them out - door stuck and the cable came off one side. Rang A1, they came out within 30 mins on Christmas eve , sorted the door out - presents out. Fantastic customer service, repairs and costs.

He did an excellent repair and also added extra brackets for strength, for a very reasonable price. Also gave us useful information if we wanted to add a motor later. A very helpful and pleasant man

We had an electric Hormann roller garage door fitted !
Just one phone call to arrange an apointment , Tim came out and gave the garage a check to see if there were any problems , he gave it the ok and said he would get back to me with a price and a rough idea of a date which he did . The two fitters came early in the morning and within a three to four hours the door was fitted , the old door taken away with all the packaging . A good job done and would recomend the company !
